Have been here twice now. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for the service received on the first visit, but alas, it hasn't improved at all.Can't complain about the food, but the service is very slow; even when it's not busy. None of the front of house staff seem to know what each other is doing, which results in no one actually getting orders correct.I think they would benefit from someone experienced from another branch showing them how it should be done.
Heard some horror stories about this KFC and have had some long waits In the Wellingborough branch. But I am going to review today on my experience. Today 19/12/18 at 1.30pm the place was half empty, staff were pleasant and the food came quickly. We a ordered the bacon cheese box meal which is a fillet of chicken on a bun with said bacon and cheese an extra piece of chicken, lovely juicy sweet corn and very nice fries. In short we bloody loved it, the coffee was great and the place was well fitted and clean. 5 stars very impressed.
Closed half an hour early and was told to walk through the drive through. I waited 10 minutes behind a vehicle because a girl was talking to someone in the car. Very unprofessional, go elsewhere.
Very good quality food with amazing customer service. I was greeted as I walked in by a member of staff and they helped me get my order quickly and effectively. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves with some delicious chicken. Well done guys, nice job!
First time I've been to this newly opened KFC. I went in the restaurant, not the drive thru. First the good points. Spotlessly clean. Can not fault this. Staff friendly. Order taken, and completed quickly. There are the ordering touch screens as you go in, but I wanted to order with a person, not a computer. The food ordered was hot with the exception of the chips. Chicken delicious, along with the beans and sweet corn. Bad point: cold chips. Chips changed to a portion straight from the fryer with no fuss. Good customer service from staff. If I hadn't had to do this, I would have given 5 stars. Definitely would return.
